April was a big month! We finally filled the kids in on the big adventure.  We took them in the living room which is usually the room where they get in trouble.  I think that the strategy worked because they were so relieved that they weren’t in trouble that they didn’t even mind learning that they were going to be moving on a sailboat without TV or all of their toys.  Actually they were very excited and they are most looking forward to dolphins, the Galapagos, and Egypt.  I think that this sounds good too.  I am sure that there will be many more questions to come and some tears as we leave family and friends but I am so proud of their sense of adventure and curiosity.
